Infinity Kingdom | Arabic Regional Launch & Community Growth

Led the regional community launch and social media strategy for the Arabic market launch of Infinity Kingdom, a global mobile strategy game. Established the official Arabic community presence from the ground up, managed localized content operations, and executed influencer partnerships to drive player acquisition and engagement.

My Role & Team Collaboration

As the Social Media & Community Manager, I spearheaded the market-entry strategy and directed its daily execution. This involved building and moderating the official Arabic Facebook community, collaborating with a team of volunteer player admins to foster engagement, and partnering with Arabic micro-influencers to amplify reach and optimize player acquisition costs (CAC).

Outcome

The project successfully built a vibrant, engaged player community that became the hub for the game in the MENA region. Key outcomes included growing the dedicated Arabic Facebook community to over 1,100 active members, increasing the regional Instagram following by over 50%, and contributing to a YouTube channel that achieved +176,661 views. The executed influencer and content strategy achieved an average engagement rate of 1.5% across platforms, establishing strong foundations for player retention.

Infinity Kingdom | Digital Pre-Launch Strategy & Community Growth

As the Social Media & Community Manager, I developed and executed the complete Arabic regional launch and community growth strategy for Infinity Kingdom, creating a dynamic, localized content calendar and targeted campaigns that drove rapid audience acquisition.

Through culturally relevant messaging and data-driven audience targeting, I successfully established and scaled the game's official regional social presence from the ground up. Within a focused 6-month launch period, I grew the dedicated Instagram following to 1,150+ followers, expanded the main Facebook Page to 7,200+ fans, contributed to a YouTube channel reaching 4,900+ subscribers, and built the official player community on Facebook to over 1,100 active members. This multi-platform strategy created a robust and engaged player ecosystem that supported the game's market entry and ongoing live operations in the MENA region.

Infinity Kingdom | YouTube Content Strategy & Regional Growth

As the Social Media & Community Manager for Infinity Kingdom, I was responsible for establishing the strategic direction and localized content vision for the game's official Arabic YouTube channel. The primary task was to adapt the game's global fantasy strategy themes into engaging, culturally relevant video formats that would attract and retain Arabic-speaking players, clearly communicating gameplay value and building community.

To achieve this, I directed the regional content production and localization process. This included developing content pillars tailored for the market (e.g., hero guides, alliance battle highlights, server event recaps, and influencer collaborations), creating detailed briefs to ensure consistency in Arabic narration and culturally appropriate visuals, and managing the publishing schedule to sustain player interest. I collaborated with video editors, local voiceover talent, and regional influencers to ensure all content resonated with the local audience, maintained high production quality, and effectively supported player acquisition and community engagement campaigns.

Influencer & Strategic Partnership Outreach

Spearheaded the regional influencer and key opinion leader (KOL) acquisition strategy for the Arabic launch of Infinity Kingdom. I was responsible for end-to-end partnership development, from initial market research and identification to direct negotiation and campaign coordination.


I proactively contacted and established relationships with over 33 Arabic micro-influencers and gaming community page administrators. This targeted outreach secured strategic partnerships that were instrumental in amplifying the game's launch, generating authentic user-generated content (UGC), and driving high-intent player acquisition within the MENA region. The campaign directly boosted brand visibility and community engagement, laying a critical foundation for the game's successful market entry.
