Iām excited to share a recent project where I had the opportunity to build a comprehensive brand ecosystem from the ground up. This wasn't just about creating a logo; it was about architecting a complete brand identity system and then translating that into a powerful, results-driven digital marketing and social media strategy.
This project involved creating the visual identity and strategic marketing roadmap for Ziranz, an AI-powered creative agency serving the B2B market in the GCC and Egypt.
Ziranz is a dual-headquartered agency (Azerbaijan & Egypt) with over 7 years of experience in the GCC market. They needed a brand identity that reflected their core values: Innovation, Trust, Professionalism, and Cutting-Edge Technology.
The challenge was to create a visual language that communicated their unique selling proposition: a blend of human emotional intelligence with AI-powered execution, offering cinematic-quality video production without traditional cameras or crews, all while being Google-certified and deeply rooted in GCC cultural expertise.
My work was divided into two key phases: Brand Identity Design and Marketing & Social Media Strategy.
Building on the company's core values, I developed a premium, modern, and technology-driven brand identity.
The geometric "Z" logo, rendered in a sophisticated navy blue, was established as the central brand asset. Its clean, precise lines communicate a sense of structure, innovation, and digital prowess.
I developed a complete Brand Guidelines book to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. This included:
Color System: A strategic color palette was extracted and defined, including:
Primary: Ziranz Navy Blue (#0B2D5C) for trust and professionalism.
Secondary: Steel Blue (#4E6F9A) & Midnight Blue (#081A36) for supporting elements.
Accent: Electric Cyan (#00C7FF) for innovation, calls to action, and digital elements.
Neutral Colors: Pure White and Light Gray for a clean, premium backdrop.
Typography:
Primary Typeface: Montserrat was chosen for its modern, clean, and professional look, perfect for headlines and impactful messaging.
Secondary Typeface: Inter was selected for its exceptional readability, making it ideal for body text, proposals, and long-form content.
Graphic Elements: A suite of geometric line icons, triangular grid patterns, and subtle faceted details was created to add depth, visual interest, and a futuristic "AI-tech" feel to the brand.
Application Across Collateral: The guidelines showcased how to apply the brand identity across a wide range of materials, including:
Stationery: Business cards, letterheads, envelopes, and ID cards.
Merchandise: Branded apparel (T-shirts, caps), note pads, pens, and tote bags.
Digital Applications: Website mockups, social media post templates, and app icons.
Marketing Collateral: Posters, banners, and premium packaging concepts.
A Distinct Tone of Voice: Defined as Premium. Confident. Intelligent. It is data-informed yet human-first, steering clear of jargon or hype to speak directly to B2B decision-makers.
Brand Messaging & Story: I crafted the brand's foundation, including its origin story, vision, mission, core values (Integrity, Quality, Positive Impact, Customer-Centricity), and a series of powerful slogans to position the agency as a leader.
A great brand needs a great strategy. To ensure Ziranz's brand equity translated into tangible results, I developed a comprehensive marketing and social media roadmap.
Content Bucket System: I designed a 5-bucket content strategy to provide a consistent and engaging brand presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. This included:
Educational (Authority building)
Inspirational (Emotional connection)
Conversational (Audience engagement)
Promotional (Value-first soft selling)
Entertaining (Humanizing the brand)
Weekly Posting Plan: I created a detailed week-by-week posting calendar with post examples, copy, and CTAs for each platform. This plan included a mix of planned content and real-work examples to build social proof.
Social Media Bios: I crafted optimized, platform-specific bios for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn to maximize brand recognition and professionalism.
Recognizing the challenge of a small budget and a new page (zero followers), I developed a realistic, phased 3-month advertising plan.
Phase 1 (Month 1): Focus on building followers and page likes to establish social proof. A modest budget of 200 EGP/day was allocated to a targeted audience in Egypt and the GCC.
Phase 2 (Month 2): Shift to a lead generation and engagement objective, driving traffic to the website or a lead form with a "Free Brand Audit" offer.
Phase 3 (Month 3): Implementation of a conversion and retargeting campaign to turn warm leads from the previous phases into paying clients.
I conducted an in-depth keyword and competitor analysis to inform the agency's content strategy and digital advertising campaigns. This included:
Keyword Research: Defining broad match, phrase match, exact match, negative, and long-tail keywords to target B2B clients at every stage of the funnel.
Competitive & SWOT Analysis: Providing a framework for Ziranz to analyze their competition and position themselves effectively in the market.
This project successfully laid the foundation for Ziranz to launch as a premium, cohesive, and credible brand in the competitive B2B marketing landscape.
